Moore & Van Allen PLLC, a large law firm with a national practice, is seeking an attorney with two to five years of experience primarily in mergers and acquisitions, securities offerings, private equity and/or general business matters. Preferred candidates have experience in drafting and negotiating corporate documentation, including acquisition documents, joint venture agreements and general commercial contracts, as well as experience with corporate governance matters and preparing/reviewing securities offering materials. Accounting and/or finance background and understanding of financial statements preferred. Candidates should also have excellent written and verbal communication skills and outstanding academic credentials.
