As a part of the continuing growth of its real estate practice, Morris, Manning & Martin, LLP has an opening for a three to five year real estate capital markets associate in the firm's Atlanta office. The preferred candidate will have practical transactional experience related to private equity investments in real estate operating and development companies, including experience drafting operating agreements and partnership agreements, although candidates with significant corporate transactional experience outside of real estate would be considered. A tax background would be a plus, but is not required. The applicant must possess superior academic credentials. The successful candidate will assist real estate developers, operators and investors, both individual and institutional, with structuring, forming and documenting real estate companies and joint ventures.
