Morris, Manning & Martin’s Real Estate Group has an immediate opening for a full-time senior associate or counsel in our Washington DC office with 5+ years of commercial real estate experience. The ideal candidate will possess top academic credentials (top 25% of class, law review/journal experience), strong writing and analytical skills, business acumen, lending and development experience, as well as experience with large and complicated transactions. Mezzanine lending and joint venture experience is a plus. Large law firm experience is also strongly preferred.
