Lewis Roca Rothgerberger is seeking a partner-level corporate attorney with portable business and a wide range of transactional experience, including: securities; corporate structuring and transactions; mergers, acquisitions and reorganizations; partnership/joint venture structuring and restructuring; and public finance, including bond counsel and issuer's counsel representation. The ideal candidate should also have experience with private and public corporations in the areas of stock/asset purchase and sale agreements, licensing agreements, employment and independent contractor agreements, non-disclosure agreements, non-circumvention agreements, option agreements, and franchise purchase and sale agreements.
