Bilingual Business Developer / Service Consultant for Law Firm
Seeking a Spanish Business Developer / Service Consultant
Responsibilities:
- Meet with immigration or criminal clients by phone or in person, and follow up with all leads. Verify information, Provide potential client with information about the firm, the attorneys and the services they perform.
- Answer any questions the potential client may have.
- Must be able to travel to the Firm’s offices in Long Branch, Lakewood and Freehold to meet potential clients
- Introduce potential client to an Attorney
- Bilingual is a must.
- Present and sell the Firm’s legal services to new and existing customers as a Business Developer
- Prospect and contact potential customers
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
- Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
You will resolve customer questions and offer solutions to drive company revenue. Must be able to work full time / 9:00 AM to 6:00 AM and have a car for this position. Firm seeks a caring Attorney that is personable and compassionate.
Qualifications:
- At least two years’ experience as an Account Executive, Business Developer or Outside Sales Consultant / Area Sales Representative
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong negotiation skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
SALARY: A base salary of $25,000 + commission after probationary period. First year salary with commission will be about $50,000 to $60,000.
