Land Use/Environmental Attorney

Job Location: Morris County, New Jersey

Overview:

Seeking an Experience Land Use Attorney barred in NJ (NY barred is a plus) that focuses mainly on Land Use Matters.   Must have a book of business of $500,000 or more to be considered for the position and possible partner role.

Qualifications:

• Must have five or more years of current experience in New Jersey and Or New York
• Excellent Oral and Written communications skills a must
• Proven that you did run high yield deals on your resume to reflect on experiences
• Current work history in land use matters
• Regulatory Experience
• Zoning
• Land Use Issues
• Municipal involvement
• Governance
• Commercial Contracts

Responsibilities:

• Experience dealing with private developers, individuals and active participants in land use issues
• Must be able to represent builders and developers, navigate through the process, negotiate and deliver
• Show you are capable with proficiency handling complicated areas of real estate development dealing with the field of land use
• Client services include someone who is results oriented in getting entitlements
• Ambitious and motivated and have come up against planning commissions, municipalities, and city councils
