Fredrikson is a full-service corporate firm built on understanding its clients' business goals and providing practical legal advice to help them succeed. Our transactional lawyers in Minneapolis, Bismarck, Fargo and Shanghai complete hundreds of financings and M&A transactions each year. We seek to add an associate with 2-5 years of experience in mergers & acquisitions, private financings and general corporate law. Excellent interpersonal, analytical and writing skills along with strong academic/professional credentials are essential.
