Our ideal candidate has 1-3 years of experience, is smart and driven, has excellent people skills, possesses exceptional research, writing and communications skills, and can work well with others in a small-firm setting. We are looking for a combination of experience which includes some or all of the following: civil litigation, appeals, Administrative Law, Employment Law and Labor Law. Interest in union- and employee-side Labor and Employment Law and compassion for others are both required. Initial responsibilities will include motion practice, brief-writing, drafting discovery and legal memoranda, and some client contact. You will transition to responsibility for, and litigation of cases in court and before administrative agencies. Candidate must be currently licensed to practice law in New Jersey and must possess valid, clean driver’s license and motor vehicle.
