Boutique commercial law firm in King of Prussia seeking real estate attorney having a minimum of seven (7) years experience.
Candidate should possess excellent oral and written communication skills and have significant experience in commercial real estate transactions, including acquisition, disposition, leasing, construction, debt financing, equity syndication, loan restructuring, workout transactions, drafting commercial documents and negotiating the same.
Candidate must have substantial experience in managing transactions from inception through closing, including the performance of due diligence and closing of commercial transactions.  Proficient computer skills are preferred.
