Boston-based firm seeking Of Counsel or Partner with experience in FDA regulation, clinical trials, contracts, reimbursement, and regulatory interpretation and compliance. The ideal candidate would advise companies, institutions and investigators in all phases of research, from the bench through product launch, including helping to document the clinical trials process. Typical clients would include both public and private companies, medical device companies, pharmaceutical companies, biotechnology companies, and span the breadth of life science industry sectors from therapeutics to drug delivery and formulation to medical technology and devices. We are looking for a candidate who regularly provides compliance advice and training with respect to pharmaceutical and medical device sales, marketing, and other commercialization activities. Book of business preferable, but not required. The candidates should also be frequent presenters and active in the health care/life sciences community.
