Serving as critical member of a collaborative and dynamic legal team, this attorney will review, negotiate and draft a wide range of commercial agreements, including sales agreements, supply agreements, services agreements, distribution agreements (domestic and international), clinical trial agreements, technology license agreements, software license agreements and SaaS agreements. This role will include the opportunity to collaborate with internal clients in all functional areas, including R&D, sales, marketing, procurement and clinical affairs.
