Global NASDAQ technology leader seeks 6+ year attorney with significant in-house licensing experience supporting and advising direct sales teams on a wide range of legal issues, including negotiating and closing technology contracts with Fortune 500 customers and global partners, compliance and other corporate matters (including data privacy and international trade compliance). This role will focus on transactions for product licensing, maintenance and support services, reseller/OEM agreements, strategic partnerships and procurement.
