Northern New Jersey boutique civil litigation law firm seeks an experienced Associate with at least 3 to 5 years of relevant experience to work in our Rutherford office. Prior civil litigation and/or prosecutorial experience is preferred. We seek an intelligent, professional, motivated self-starter to handle health care fraud litigation, Special Investigation Unit and False Claims Act matters. Admission to the New Jersey Bar and the United States District Court for New Jersey are required. New York admission is a plus. The preferred candidate will possess an excellent academic background, exceptional oral and written communication skills, strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated research and writing capabilities. Success in this position will also require dedication to maintaining our reputation for excellence, and a work ethic to match.Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, legal research, the drafting of legal documents for review, directing investigations, deposition coverage and court appearances.
