PERMANENT/FULL-TIME:  Exciting new opportunity for a SENIOR PARALEGAL!   A real estate development and management company in Washington, D.C. is seeking a senior paralegal to join its legal team    The paralegal will be conducting due diligence for commercial acquisitions and dispositions, which will include market and leasing analysis, zoning, environmental, survey and title issues.   The  paralegal will also be assisting with retail leasing matters.   Work is on site in Washington, D.C.
Requirements include:
1.  Bachelor's degree in business, finance real estate or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus;
2.  At least 4 years of experience conducting due diligence for commercial real estate transactions and related closings;
3.  At ;east 4 years of experience drafting commercial leasing documents and notices.
