Swartz Campbell LLC is seeking an Associate Attorney with at least 5 years of civil experience to join our professional liability group in our Philadelphia office. In this position, an attorney will represent non-medical professionals in professional liability litigation and disciplinary proceedings.
Duties include: Drafting pleadings, motions and briefs. Taking and defending depositions. Conducting legal research.Candidates must be able to handle all aspects of a caseload.
Requirements: Must possess a Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school. Must be licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and State of New Jersey.
