Swartz Campbell LLC a litigation defense firm, seeks an associate with 2 or more years of litigation experience, preferably in the area of workers' compensation defense. Must be currently licensed in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Strong writers with deposition and mediation experience preferred. Candidates must possess excellent interpersonal skills, have strong research, writing and verbal communication skills and be able to work independently. Prefer candidates that are organized and self-motivated. Workers’ compensation experience is preferable, but not required to apply.
