Swartz Campbell LLC is a multidisciplinary insurance defense firm with offices located across the Mid-Atlantic region. We are currently seeking a full-time Associate to join our Philadelphia, PA office. Applicants should have at least 2-4 years of experience in handling an active case load, writing motions and briefs, conducting legal research, attending depositions, and speaking with claims adjusters.  Ideal candidates will have strong writing and organizational skills. Highly motivated self-starters will strive in both positions.
Must have a JD Degree from an ABA approved law school and be licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the state of New Jersey. Experience in insurance coverage, employment law and or construction law is a plus for this position.
