Squire PattonBoggs (US) LLP, a global law firm with 47 offices, in 20 countries, seek a Litigation Associate with a minimum of 4 years of general litigationexperience. The individual hired for this position will support our automotive consumerlitigation practice and will be responsible for handling most aspects oflitigation, including managing discovery requests and responses, drafting andarguing motions and oppositions, conducting research, drafting memoranda andcorrespondence, attending hearings and court conferences, taking and defendingdepositions, and assisting with trial preparations and trial.
Academicand Professional Qualifications
• Must beadmitted to the California Bar.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
•Products liability and/or consumer law background a plus.
•Superior research and analytical abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal skills.
•Ability to work independently and take initiative.
