Epstein Drangel, LLP is seeking a contract attorney to join its trademark prosecution and clearance practice.  A qualified candidate will have 3–5 years of extensive experience with U.S. and international trademark clearance, prosecution, and enforcement.
We are currently looking for an energetic people person with exceptional multi-tasking skills to join our team
Duties:

Candidates must have experience handling a large volume of work and handling all aspects of trademark clearance, prosecution, and enforcement matters, including analyzing trademark searches, preparing detailed opinion letters, drafting substantive responses to office actions, all correspondence with the Trademark Office;
advising clients regarding trademark use, prosecution, enforcement, and registration issues;
drafting cease-and-desist letters, TTAB related documents, and settlement/coexistence agreements

 
Requirements:

At least 3-5 years of trademark prosecution experience;
Bachelor and Juris Doctor Required;
Admission to NY State Bar Required;
Detail-oriented with strong organization and communication skills;
Ability to prioritize, multi-task and work independently, as well as in a team setting, to manage competing deadlines and assignments;
Enthusiastic, energetic, confident and highly motivated personality.
