Three to seven years of experience
Insurance defense and litigation experience
Strong writing and research skills
Admitted to practice in Pennsylvania

Prior experience with case management software and Timeslips a plus. The position offers personal caseload, independence, and an excellent opportunity for professional growth. The position also affords the right candidate the opportunity to gain litigation experience and invaluable knowledge working with trial counsel at the partner level. The candidate will be involved in all aspects of litigation from initial pleadings, through written discovery, motions, and depositions. The candidate will eventually be afforded the autonomy to handle arbitrations and trials.
