Our client, an AmLaw 100 firm with over 700 lawyers in 20+ offices nationwide, has asked for our assistance in identifying two talented, well-credentialed Corporate Associates to join their expanding Venture Capital/Private Equity practice.  Hired lawyers can be seated in a variety in markets nationwide and will support a national team as well as key partners in Dallas and Denver.  Ideal candidates will have at least 3 years of direct, on-point experience in either a large firm or dedicated boutique setting.  Work will involve assisting a variety of private-company clients across a number of industries, with a particular focus on the consumer products, AgTech, and HealthTech spaces.  Specific practice areas include M&A, VC financings, and exit transactions, and the hired associates will be given a great deal of client exposure.  Ideal candidates will have solid experience in one or more of the following practice areas: mergers and acquisitions, financings, corporate governance, joint venture, private equity, and/or complex commercial transactions.
