Our client, a publicly held biopharmaceutical company, is seeking to hire a senior contracts manager for their expanding in-house legal team.  Desired candidates will have 10+ years of experience as a contracts manager/associate and or/corporate paralegal.  Candidates with in-house experience in biotech, pharma or a related industry are highly preferred.  Extensive expertise drafting and negotiation a wide variety of agreements is required, along with experience managing a contracts database.
