TEMPORARY/FULL-TIME:  Come join a thriving financial investment company and be part of one of the area's best in-house legal teams!   A financial company in Annapolis that invests in high level projects is seeking an attorney through the end of the year.    The attorney must have at least five years of experience working with complex financial deals in areas such as energy, commercial real estate or general acquisitions & mergers.    The attorney must also have experience drafting transactional documents as well as overseeing outside counsel which drafts documents.
The attorney must be able to work on site daily in Annapolis.   Hours are about 40 per week but there will be weeks with additional hours, depending on the status of the transactions.   This is a position for an attorney who can multi-task and handle several deals simultaneously.   In addition, the attorney must be a team player who can roll up his/her sleeves and do whatever it takes to get the job done (from getting his/her own coffee to replacing the paper in the printer - smile).    This is a supportive team environment and everyone pitches in.
