TEMPORARY/FULL-TIME:  Come join a thriving investment company and assist one of the area's best in-house legal teams!   A financial investment company is looking for a junior level attorney to assist its paralegals with the financial documents associated with complex loan transactions.    The attorney must have some transactional experience dealing with complex financial deals in the areas of commercial real estate, banking, or mergers & acquisitions.
The attorney must be able to work on site daily in Annapolis.    Hours will be about 40 per week but there will be some weeks with more   The work is expected to last through the end of the year.  In addition, the attorney must be a team player who can work well under the supervision of the paralegals and do whatever it takes to get the job done.   This is a very supportive legal team and everyone pitches in.
