Busy Northern NJ corporation is looking for a paralegal to assist with general corporate matters. Position will cover a span of projects from gathering signatures to preparing Form 4 Ks, some Board of Directors work, assisting with corporate filings and other tasks. Client is hoping to start this assignment on or around September 1; it is expected to last 3+ months. Full time, 40 hours/week; possibility of remote work 1 day/week.
