Garrison & Sisson has been exclusively engaged to assist this AmLaw 100 Firm recognized for its transactional and international practices to hire a designated CFIUS Associate for its preeminent National Security practice.  The ideal candidate will have substantial CFIUS experience, including evaluating proposed transactions on behalf of U.S. and foreign company clients, representing those clients in the CFIUS review process, and advising on related regulatory issues.  The mix of work may also include investigations and enforcement actions related to export controls and sanctions. 
 
Role:  Work directly with the practice group heads and other senior associates in the department, all of whom are based in the firm’s Washington, DC office. You will be working with some of the firm’s most significant clients on matters that provide exposure to other partners and practice groups throughout this global firm. In short, you will be highly visible.
