The Philadelphia, PA office of Maron Marvel Bradley Anderson & Tardy LLC has an opening for a mid-level toxic tort litigation attorney with a minimum of 4 - 6 years of civil litigation experience. Asbestos litigation experience is a plus. The ideal candidate has proven ability in conducting depositions, and some trial experience (first or second chair), and the ability to handle motion drafting, case evaluation and work up.  Candidate must have excellent writing and organizational skills. PA and NJ bar licenses required.
