Triple Five is currently seeking an experienced and qualified Real Estate Attorney and negotiator, to advise and facilitate the legal practices. We offer career advancement opportunities and the ability to grow within the company. This position reports directly to the Chairman of Triple Five. Growth opportunity to executive position.         
 
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Utilizing previous corporate and legal experience to advise and counsel on proper varied real estate development strategies.
• Experience with Financing and closings.
 
APPLICANTS SHOULD POSSESS SOME OF THE FOLLOWING CREDENTIALS:
• A minimum of five (5) years of experience with transactional and varied corporate real estate negotiations.
• Strong negotiator with self-confidence, a high level of emotional intelligence, aggressive, a strong business sense.
• Ability to work independently, and self-motivated to advance.
• Desire for growth within a major Real Estate organization.
• Familiarity with Hebrew language a plus, but not required.
