Garrison & Sisson has been exclusively engaged by this AmLaw 100 Firm to assist in the hiring of a junior/mid-level associate with OFAC investigations and enforcement experience.  This is a new position given continued growth for this already established practice group.  The ideal candidate will desire a complex regulatory practice helping domestic and foreign companies navigate and respond to U.S. trade sanctions and embargoes. 
 
Role:  Work in a close team of top practitioners on some of the most sensitive and high-profile matters handled by the firm.  Representative projects include (i) counseling and compliance under OFAC regulations, (ii) investigations and enforcement actions regarding trade sanctions and export controls (e.g., EAR), and (iii) advising on related regulatory and global risk issues.  
 
Experience Level Desired:  JD 2015, 2016, 2017
