A highly-regarded business litigation law firm in Jacksonville is seeking an Executive Director/Business Manager to provide proactive leadership and drive best practices across the law firm's operational footprint. Successful candidates will have a Bachelor's degree or better and several years of operational experience in law firms or similar industries. The position will be responsible for the firm's day to day business operations including financial planning and controls, information technology systems oversight, human resources, vendor relations, and leading the firm's executive assistants and paralegals, as well as legal billing, bookkeeping, and marketing.
