Our client, a privately held logistics and supply chain organization, is seeking to hire a Corporate Counsel for their growing operations.   The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience with commercial agreements and general corporate matters.  The hired attorney will be responsible for negotiating, drafting, and reviewing agreements, and support and provide guidance regarding contractual and commercial agreements and related matters.  Must have experience with credit agreements and mergers & acquisitions.  The attorney will report directly to the Chief Legal Officer of the company.   Our client is looking for candidates who are problem solvers, support-oriented, strategic, self-sufficient, and proactive.  Must be a proven team player with strong communication skills.  Big law experience is desired.   The hired candidate can sit in either Boston or New York - local candidates to these markets are strongly preferred.  For consideration, please submit your materials to jobs@partners-group.com.
