LEGAL CONTRACTS ATTORNEY (TEMP/PART-TIME)

TEMPORARY/PART-TIME (PH092319): LEGAL CONTRACTS ATTORNEY.
Our client, a busy company near Camden, NJ, has an IMMEDIATE NEED for 3-4 months, for a legal contracts attorney for 2, POSSIBLY 3 days a week. Hours would be M - F from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM (flexible) for a 7-hour work day each day.
WORK MUST BE DONE ON-SITE.
Your primary responsibilities will include the review, revision and negotiation of various contracts (e.g. marketing, sponsorship, events, information technology, and other vendor services agreements). The ideal candidate would also need to have experience successfully interacting with business teams re: contract related strategic business counseling.
REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 4 years of corporate/transactional experience.
- In-house experience or Mid-to-Large law firm experience PREFERRED.
-Ability to efficiently negotiate and review a wide variety of contracts.
- Active NEW JERSEY law license, current and with no disciplinary history in ANY jurisdiction.
