Responsibilities include research and writing, preparation of pleadings and motions, discovery, depositions and trial work, client contact, attend court conferences and participate in all phases of litigation.
Qualifications:
Diligent, self-starter, strong writing skills a must, detail-oriented, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, minimum 2-3 years experience, health insurance benefits, 401k program, salary commensurate with experience.
