Osborn Maledon, P.A., a leading Phoenix law firm, is seeking an appellate associate with 3-6 years of experience. Osborn Maledon is a market leader in appeals. The firm practices at all levels of state and federal courts of appeal, and handles many of the most consequential and high-profile appeals arising out of Arizona.
The associate will focus on appeals, including drafting briefs, presenting oral arguments, analyzing cases for appeal, and developing appellate strategy. Our most successful hires share a passion for the law, enjoy analyzing complex legal issues, and have the attention to detail required to produce outstanding legal briefs.
Ideal candidates will have experience drafting appellate briefs in state or federal court. We require an appellate clerkship, top academic performance, and strong research and writing skills.
