Osborn Maledon, P.A., a leading Phoenix law firm, is seeking a litigation associate with a judicial clerkship and/or other prior legal experience. Top academic performance from a nationally-ranked law school, strong writing and analytical skills, interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team environment are required.  Judicial clerkship experience is strongly preferred.
Ideal candidates will be skilled at organized, thorough, and efficient research and writing involving complex and unresolved legal issues; familiar with and able to draft disclosure statements and to draft and respond to pleadings and discovery requests; familiar with litigation support software; have participated in a significant deposition, motion or evidentiary hearing, have participated in significant witness preparation, and have conducted document review.
