Schenck, Price, Smith & King, LLP is seeking a full time paralegal in its Florham Park office with a minimum of three to five years of real estate and banking experience, including but not limited to commercial lending transactions (SBA 7(a) and 504 lending experience a plus). 
The successful candidate must possess excellent communication, organizational, writing and proofreading skills, as well the ability to multi-task and consistently meet deadlines.  The candidate must be able to work independently as well as be able to work collegially with  attorneys, staff and clients.     
The candidate must have a paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program or related job experience.   
Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
