EMP TO PERM:  Put your general corporate/litigation experience to use!   A biotech/pharmaceutical company in the Maryland suburbs of Washington, DC (Rockville/Gaithersburg) is looking for an attorney to join its legal team.   The attorney should have five to nine years of broad-based general corporate legal experience in a law firm or in-house corporate legal environment.   This experience should include a strong competency in general corporate, commercial contract, compliance, and litigation matters.   Work must be done on-site.
The company prefers attorneys who have some experience with pharmaceutical or biotech  companies   Also, any experience with government contracts is preferred.
This is a temp to perm position.    The temp portion is expected to last about three to six months.   If this is a good fit, the company will consider bringing the attorney on board in a permanent capacity.
