SPANISH LANGUAGE SKILLS REQUIRED -- Our northern New Jersey corporate client seeks an experienced Corporate Counsel/Compliance Officer for a great temporary project.
This exciting opportunity will cover responsibilities for legal and compliance matters for the company's Latin American businesses. This will include:

Drafting, reviewing, and/or negotiating sales agreements, purchase agreements, merger and acquisition agreements, product warranties, confidentiality agreements, employment agreements, service agreements, private label agreements, license agreements, lease agreements, real estate agreements, and other commercial agreements.
Oversight of all claims concerning company's businesses including claims relating to the performance of products, contract disputes, labor disputes, environmental matters, and collection matters.

Ideal candidate will be resourceful, results-oriented and thrive in a fast-paced environment. MUST HAVE EXCELLENT ENGLISH AND SPANISH LANGUAGE SKILLS. This project is anticipated to last approximately 3 months and requires that work be performed on-site at corporate offices in Bergen County.
