One of the nation's fastest growing law firms is seeking an experienced commercial litigation attorney to join its growing Business Trial Practice Group in Tampa. This is a unique business litigation practice, in that it represents plaintiffs on a contingency fee basis, with no hourly billing. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of sophisticated commercial litigation experience, including business torts, breach of contract, real estate litigation, IP litigation and/or other niche business practices. Candidates must have a desire to be a courtroom lawyer and have excellent research and writing skills. The firm has an objective compensation model that includes a base salary and significant bonus tied to production.
