Busy corporate legal department in San Diego needs an attorney with at least 4 years of transactional experience for long-term temp, part-time work.
Work is expected to involve approximately 15-20 hours/week and must be performed at company's San Diego office. Engagement is expected to last through January 2020.
Attorney will draft, review and negotiate a variety of domestic and international commercial agreements, develop templates, and assist with RFP responses.
Candidate must have JD from ABA-accredited law school and have worked as a transactional attorney both in-house and at a law firm. Knowledge of logistics or supply chain matters is a plus.
Only qualified candidates who can work onsite in San Diego will be considered.
