The law firm is seeking  an attorney who has experience with family law (custody/divorce) and who can assist with the preparation of cases, drafting of pleadings and arguing of motions in court.  The attorney must have enough experience to work independently.   The law practice anticipates needing help on a long term basis for about 10 hours per week, although the hours may increase.   The attorney can work remotely but must be located in the Northern Virginia area so that he/she can attend weekly meetings at the law firm.    Active membership in the Virginia bar is required.
