Position Overview:  Wilkes & McHugh seeks Attorney with experience as a prosecutor or with a plaintiffs firm that specializes in medical malpractice, nursing home/elder abuse or other catastrophic personal injury litigation.  Candidates will be licensed, and in good standing, in the State of Pennsylvania.
 Essential Knowledge, Skills and Qualifications:

Attend hearings, mediations, and arbitration proceedings;
Be able to work independently but also collaboratively with managing attorney.
Perform appellate research;
Drafting substantive pleadings;
Possess excellent research skills, specifically utilizing Westlaw;
Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills;
Licensed in state of Pennsylvania;
