State-Wide Law Firm Litigation Department seeking experienced personal injury attorneys and paralegals.  Must have trial experience, communicate well with clients and have the ability to handle a minimum of 60 files in active litigation. Attorney and Paralegal will be responsible for preparing all documents required to file case, prepare comprehensive brief on each case and trial plan, schedule and attend hearings, depositions and mediations, propound and respond to discovery and attend trial.  Must have three plus years of experience in personal injury litigation, professional attitude with aggressive litigation mentality, professional attitude, excellent interpersonal communication skills and ability to work well with others.
