Garrison & Sisson has been exclusively engaged to assist the Washington, D.C. office of a national law firm in connection with its unpublished search for an insurance associate to focus on ligation and pre-litigation counseling matters representing insurance companies. 
 
In this role, you will accept significant responsibility and gain immediate partner mentoring in a preeminent, national practice focused on professional liability and other aspects of insurance coverage.  Your work will include a good deal of writing and analysis, but also depositions, mediations and hearings.

Clients tend to be institutional and long-standing, thereby reducing the demands of sourcing new client revenue.  That said, the group welcomes entrepreneurially minded attorneys, so if client development initiatives are something that you wish to participate in, such opportunities will be encouraged and supported.  (Note: compensation is in keeping with boutique vs AmLaw 100 scale; however, partnership prospects offset the imbalance.)
