Kelner & Kelner, a Manhattan plaintiffs’ personal injury and medical malpractice firm, is seeking an experienced medical malpractice attorney to join our team to handle motions, trials, appeals, and court appearances.  Qualifications include:
- 7+ years experience in medical malpractice litigation;
- Strong written work product required, including experience writing and arguing summary judgment motions and appeals;
- Ability to take and defend depositions;
- Extensive discovery experience;
- Ability to work effectively and collaboratively in team context.
