The ideal candidate will have 4 to 6 years of defense experience working primarily on general liability claims (construction defect, premises liability, pharm. clams, toxic tort matters, environmental). Motion drafting and research experience a must. Deposition experience is also a must.

Demonstrated ability and desire for litigation defense in a small team environment
Demonstrated ability and desire to grow a diverse personal practice
Demonstrated ability and desire to manage personal caseload from start to finish in a proactive manner

NY and NJ bar licenses a must. CT bar license is a plus. Competitive compensation.
