Hospital/Healthcare Attorney (Temp/PT)

TEMP/PART-TIME (Job PH101819) : Healthcare/Hospital-experienced attorney sought for immediate Temporary/Part-Time need lasting 3 months or longer.
 
Hospital system seeks a temp attorney with solid experience working on the day-to-day legal issues that arise when operating a hospital. Regulatory issues, contracts of all types with various vendors, affiliation contracts, employment-related contracts, etc.
 
This assignment requires an on-site presence in Mercer County (Trenton Area), likely 3 days a week. Possibly could work one day virtual of the 3 days. Will consider an attorney with at least 5 years "in-house" hospital experience, but, having 10+ years’ experience would be an definite PLUS.
 
Must be licensed, active and in good-standing in one state, with no disciplinary history in any jurisdiction. New Jersey law license is PREFERRED. Professional references (3) are required and if selected for this assignment you would need to clear a background check prior to starting this assignment.
 
Our client is looking to get the attorney in place and working by the start of the last week in October.
