Legalpeople’s Charlotte office (formerly known as The Partners Group) is currently staffing a long-term temporary attorney position for a very collegial large Southeastern law firm’s Charlotte office. 
 The successful candidate for this position will work closely with a partner at the firm that represents hedge funds and private equity funds, registered investment advisers and commodity trading advisers.  The firm needs a contract attorney to help with private securities offerings and all related issues and also help advise RIAs and CTAs for compliance purposes.
 The successful candidate will work closely with the partner at the firm and will also have a significant amount of client contact.  As a result, the successful candidate should be an excellent communicator with good attention to detail. This is a great opportunity to work with one of the top firms in the Southeast with an excellent reputation for collegiality.
