Squire Patton Boggs (US) LLP, a global law firm with 47 offices, in 20 countries, seeks a Litigation Associate with a minimum of 3 years of complex commercial litigation experience. The individual hired for this position will support several litigation partners and will be responsible for all aspects of litigation pretrial and trial support.  
Academic and ProfessionalQualifications
• Strong academic credentials; prior federal clerkship a plus. • Must be admitted to a US state bar and be in good standing. Admission to the California Bar is expected.
Knowledge, Skills& Experience
• Prior experience in insurance coverage, unfair competition or intellectual property litigation desired.
• Must be a self-starter, have the ability to prioritize workload; display good judgment and work well under pressure. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities and attention to detail.
• Prior trial preparation and deposition experience a plus. How to Apply
