BUSINESS TRANSACTIONAL ATTORNEY
Reid and Riege is actively recruiting an experienced business transactional attorney to join our Business Law Practice in our Hartford office.  Qualified applicants will have a background of increasing responsibility in transactions such as mergers and acquisitions, purchase and sale transactions, commercial financing, and real estate.   Preferred candidate will have 5 plus years’ experience and must possess strong organizational, research and drafting skills, superior interpersonal, communication and client relationship skills, a dedicated work ethic, and the ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively, within time-sensitive deadlines.
